ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 1 WEEK to process and ship your order for the Lower 48, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.
For holidays, giveaway promotions, and international orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for processing, tracking submission, and delivery.

For all products, shipping rates will be applied during checkout and charged at time of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are proud to offer international shipping to anywhere in the world. Please allow 4-6 weeks for all international orders to be processed, shipped, and delivered to your destination.
For ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, please add the ‘international shipping’ product to your order to cover shipping fees to your destination. We consider Canada to be international due to the Customs & Border aspect of delivery. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GASSIN’ SUPPLY CO. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping charges if your item shipped for free. You will also be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to start the return process. Please contact us at sales@gassinsupply.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

LOST PACKAGES
If a package is lost after we ship it, which does occasionally occur, GASSIN’ SUPPLY CO. will not be responsible if the tracking information lists the order as “delivered,” which means any delivery/courier service delivered the product to the address specified. If the package is sent to an address other than the one you specified, upon return of the original package to GASSIN’ SUPPLY CO., we will then reship the order. Please note that GASSIN’ SUPPLY CO. is not responsible for errors of USPS or courier services, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address. It is very important that you give us an accurate address, mistakes could delay delivery and will cause you extra expenses.
PRODUCT DEFECTS & DAMAGED PACKAGES
We allow 5 days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of defect with a product or if the package it was in was damaged in transit. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the 5 day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.
